Sioux Alice products are currently sold online via the official Sioux Alice website, and
Cards are also sold in selected retailers around the UK.

Can items be personalised/custom made?

Unfortunately as cards are all pre printed and due to time restrictions, personalisation is not available at this time.

How do you pronounce Sioux Alice?

Sioux Alice is actually my middle name! Sioux comes from the Native American tribe and Alice was my great Grandmothers name. Sioux is pronounced like Sue.

Is there an easy way to remember how to spell Sioux?

My dad gave my an easy way to remember how to spell Sioux when I was younger. Say 'Yes I owe you eggs.' The words sound like the letters!

When will I receive my order?

Once purchased, all items will be dispatched within 1-3 days unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email and when your item is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification.

UK: Cards and small items will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail post and to be expected in 2 - 5 days. Other post options are available for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL: Cards and small items will be sent by Standard Airmail and to be expected within 5 - 10 days. Overseas please allow up to 25 days for your parcel to arrive incase of delays. Other post options are available for an additional cost.

Items are not sent with tracking unless stated otherwise

How are my items packaged?

All items are shipped from Manchester, UK. Cards and delicate items are sent in a protective envelope or box, sealed inside a waterproof cellophane bag for extra protection. All products are shipped in board backed envelopes and parcels. Items are sent in branded parcels which includes the Sioux Alice logo on the back of the package. Items can be shipped in non-branded packaging by request in the 'Notes to seller' section at the checkout


Return policy

I will gladly accept returns on all none custom items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Incorrect address policy

All items will be shipped to the address supplied at the checkout. If you supply the wrong address please contact Sioux Alice ASAP. Once orders are dispatched the address cannot be altered. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs if an incorrect address is supplied.

Damaged items

Unfortunately accidents during shipping happen. If your item arrives damaged please contact us ASAP with details and any pictures of your item. A replacement item will be sent at no extra cost.

Lost Items

If your item is declared lost in the post. A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
